Maverick McCoy Under Pressure Highlights
"Maverick is well on his way to emerging as an elite center back and [would be a] very attractive addition to a collegiate program. His character, commitment, and leadership attributes are first class; a positive-contagious influence on culture. He’s maturing into a desirable physical profile and what I would describe as a junky for the game; constantly playing, learning, loving what he does."
"I have worked with numerous players and Maverick is one of the best. His dedication to the game makes him a standout performer. Maverick has developed into an outstanding Centre Back over the past couple of seasons. He has excelled in being a great captain, role model, leader, and would be good addition to your program."
"I had the pleasure of coaching Maverick for three years. He physically, technically, and tactically developed into one of the best players within his age group. Now he even plays up two years for the Indy Eleven USL Academy side. His commitment to get better and desire to further his abilities have never stopped. He spends his down time training local youth players at Sogility and giving back to the game. His character is unmatched and would be a huge asset to any college program."
